Ingredients:

- 2 eggs
- 1 3/4 almond milk
- 2 cups almond flour
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 scoops Vanilla Collagen Peptides
- 1 tbsp cinnamon sugar
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Toppings
- fresh fruit
- maple syrup

Directions:

1. Combine in a medium bowl eggs, flour, butter, collagen, sugar, baking powder, vanilla and salt. Mix until there are little to no lumps.
2. Pour batter in the middle of your hot, greased waffle iron for about two minutes.
3. Carefully place your waffle on a plate and top with your favorite fresh fruit and maple syrup.
