HOW IT WORKS:
The Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to orders placed by end-user customers on SportsResearch.com or SweetSweat.com for shipping within the U.S.
The Satisfaction Guarantee is valid only once per product.
You must initiate a return and ship the item back to Sports Research (at your expense) with a valid receipt in order to process the return. Click Here to Start a Return
You must have purchased product(s) from SportsResearch.com or SweetSweat.com.
We do not refund shipping costs associated with your original purchase.
You must comply with all requirements of the Return Policy and meet the Applicable Return Deadline.
We reserve the right to deny return or replacement if we determine that a customer is abusing the Satisfaction Guarantee.
THIRD-PARTY sales excluded:
Please note that we are unable to control quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers and, as such, the Satisfaction Guarantee will not apply to any products purchased from unauthorized sellers. Additionally, if you made your purchase through Amazon or another third party website or retail store, you must reach out to the third party retailer for any returns or refunds.
