Vanilla Collagen Horchata
3/4 c long grain white rice
2 cinnamon sticks
2 c water, divided
3/4 c milk of choice
2 scoops SR® Vanilla Collagen Peptides
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tbsp agave or honey
- Add rice, cinnamon sticks, and one cup of water to a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth.
- Refrigerate rice mixture for about 4 hours.
- Combine rice mixture and remaining ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour over ice and enjoy!
