Keto Pumpkin Spice Creamer

Ingredients
1 c half & half
1 c milk of choice
1/4 c pumpkin puree
3 tbsp maple syrup
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
2 tbsp SR® Organic MCT Oil
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except for the MCT Oil in a pot on the stove top with heat set to medium. Bring to a boil, stirring continuously. Simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring intermittently. Let cool to room temperature and serve with your favorite cup of joe and SR® Organic MCT Oil.
