All the fall flavors you love in one delicious, keto-friendly creamer! This homemade MCT pumpkin spice creamer will keep you in ketosis and add a little sweetness to your coffee without all of the added sugars.

Ready to add this delicious creation to your morning? Follow the recipe below.
Ingredients:
1 cup of half & half
1 cup milk of choice
1/4 cup pumpkin puree
3 tbsp maple syrup
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients except for the MCT Oil in a pot on the stove top with heat set to medium.
Bring to a boil, stirring continuously.
Turn down the stove and simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring intermittently.
Let cool to room temperature and serve with your favorite cup of joe mixed with Sports Research® Organic MCT Oil.
