Ingredients:

- 1/2 fresh cilantro bunch
- 1/3 cup MCT Oil
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp pine nuts
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- dash of salt & pepper

Directions:

1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor or blender. Pulse until smooth.
