Ingredients:

- 1tbsp MCT Oil
- 1lb Ground Beef
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 bag Corn Tortillas
- 1 sliced Jalapeno
- 1/4 cup diced Red Onion
- 1 sliced Avocado
- fresh Cilantro
- 1/4 cup Pico de Gallo
- 1 Lime for juice
- 1/4 cup Non-Dairy Yogurt

Directions:

1. Start by adding the MCT oil to a medium skillet.
2. Place the ground beef in skillet and add all your spices. Cook until the beef is no longer pink.
3. Prepare your nachos by laying all your tortilla chips on a baking sheet.
4. Once beef is cooked, layer on top of the tortilla chips. Add jalapeño, red onion, avocado, cilantro, pico de Gallo, and lime juice.
5. Lastly, drizzle non-dairy yogurt on top with a spoon.
