Healthy Apple Nachos
These Healthy Apple Nachos are our new favorite quick & delicious treat! Each decadent bite is layered with fresh red apples, coconut flakes, collagen almond butter, granola, honey and a sprinkle of cinnamon for the ultimate midday snack.
Ingredients:
- 1 red apple
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1 scoop Collagen Peptides
- 1 tsp honey drizzle
- handful of coconut strips
- handful of granola
- sprinkle of cinnamon
Directions:
1. Cut your fresh apple into thin slices and layer on a plate.
2. Add 1 scoop Collagen Peptides to your almond butter. Stir until combined.
3. Drizzle apples with your collagen almond butter and honey.
4. Top with coconut strips, granola and cinnamon.
5. Enjoy!
