Mason Jar Soup (feat. Organic Collagen)


You can prepare a few jars with the ingredients, store them in the fridge, and easily serve one for a quick but delicious meal at home or the office. You just need to add boiling water to the jar, mix it, and let it sit for about 5-7 minutes. These mason jar soups are delicious and convenient, allowing you to try different ingredient combinations.
Chicken, shredded
Carrots, shredded
Baby Spinach
Green Onions
Mushrooms
Rice Noodles
Ginger, grated
Cilantro
For the broth:
Bone Broth Powder
Soy Sauce
Rice Wine Vinegar
Sesame Seed Oil
Boiled Water
Lime
Gather the ingredients and mason jars and assemble the soups by layering in one scoop of collagen and the bone broth powder.
Add about a tbsp of soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and ½ tsp of sesame seed oil.
Add about half-handful portions of the carrots, spinach, mushrooms and chicken.
Add the ginger and the noodles and cover the jars to store in the fridge until ready to serve.
When ready to serve, bring water to a boil.
Pour boiling water into the jar to cover all ingredients and stir.
Cover the jar and let it sit for about 5-7 minutes until noodles are fully cooked and ready to eat.
Eat right from the jar, or pour into your favorite soup bowl and enjoy!
