Our new Sports Research Hydrate Electrolytes are the perfect complement to a fun mocktail. They are delicious and sugar-free, and they contain essential electrolytes like sodium and potassium that will keep your body feeling hydrated.
2 tbsp Cucumber Juice*
1 tsp Organic Honey
¼ cup Coconut Water
1 cup Sparkling Water
1 Lemon, squeezed
Crushed Ice
garnishes: lemon, lime, tajin
*In this recipe, we grated and then strained the juice of about ½ hothouse cucumber.
Add cucumber juice, coconut water, and ½ cup of sparkling water to a cocktail shaker or small glass.
Add one packet of SR Lemon-Lime Hydrate and a squeeze of lime to the liquid. Mix with a hand mixer or shake it until thoroughly blended and mixed.
Add ice to prepare the rim of your mocktail glass with lime and tajin.
Pour the Hydrate mixture over ice, add your garnishes, and enjoy!
