Breakfast Bites for Glowing Skin
We've all gone through that phase of purchasing every serum, cream, and mask in hopes of achieving glowing skin. When it comes to skin health what we often forget is the importance of choosing the right ingredients to put inside our bodies to radiate from the inside out. These Collagen-infused Energy Bites are just the boost you need to complete your skin-loving, morning routine.
- 1 c organic oats
- 1/2 c almond flour
- 1 1/4 c peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
- 3 scoops SR® Collagen Peptides (try Unflavored or Vanilla)
- 3 tbsp flaxseed
- 4 tbsp raw honey
Combine everything in a large bowl and mix well. Form mixture into bite-sized balls and store in a container to enjoy all week long.
